The base bundle is a one-time purchase. Optional add-ons are added only when you select them.

When you open the standard bundle checkout, available optional add-ons that are not already in your order may be shown once at 20% off. The standard checkout prices are ₹719.20 for the D2C Ad Templates, ₹559.20 for the Video Ad Swipe Files, and ₹399.20 for the 1,000 Orders/Month Playbook. Products not shown in checkout remain available on the personal post-purchase page. The thank-you page offers an additional 10% off the current listed price of selected missing add-ons, or 25% off all missing add-ons together. These are separate choices and cannot be combined. Products already purchased with the same email are excluded. Other private offers display their own current prices before payment.
The base bundle is currently ₹699. The previous timed exit offer is no longer displayed. Eligible saved-checkout and post-purchase offers show their current item prices and final total before payment.
The base bundle includes 16 Agents, Brand Brain ledgers, setup guides, input templates, review checklists, worked examples and the stated bonuses. AI subscriptions, Shopify fees, ad spend, connectors, API usage and other third-party tools are not included.
Orders, payment and tax
Your selected items and the full amount are shown before you continue to secure payment. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider reports successful payment. We may pause or cancel an order affected by a duplicate transaction, payment failure, fraud concern, pricing error or technical problem, and will refund an amount collected for an order we cannot fulfil.
The checkout total is the full amount payable. A purchase receipt will be sent after payment. The receipt shows the purchaser name, email and phone number. GST is included in the listed price.
Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered by email after confirmed payment. Use the purchaser email address to open the delivery links. If an email is delayed, check spam and promotions folders, then contact support with your order ID and payment reference.
The 1,000 Orders/Month Playbook opens through a protected, entitlement-scoped inline PDF link. Inline viewing does not prevent a purchaser or device from saving a local copy. Delivery links and access controls protect the stored original, and access obtained through a shared, transferred or unauthorized order may be revoked. You are responsible for storing your purchased version safely.
How you may use the bundle
Your purchase is governed by the Customer Licence. In summary, the purchaser or one named organization may use the files with unlimited internal employees and contractors for its owned brands and client-service work. Final client outputs are allowed. Source files, Agent files, templates, libraries and setup materials may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, publicly shared or used to build a competing library.
You are responsible for your prompts, connected tools, access permissions, product claims, business decisions and anything you publish. Review every output before using it. Do not place passwords, private API keys or other secrets in prompts or shared Brand Brain files.
Support and updates
- Purchased version: You receive perpetual use of the version delivered with your order, subject to the Customer Licence.
- Updates: Updates issued for the purchased product are included for 12 months from the purchase date. This does not promise a specific update schedule or new features.
- Installation support: Setup and installation support is available for 90 days from the purchase date.
Customers who previously purchased Set Up My Brand 1:1 retain the booking and service rights shown when they placed their order. That legacy service is no longer offered to new buyers.
Results and third-party services
The Agent packages provide skills, workflows, templates and review systems. The 1,000 orders per month in the playbook title is a conditional planning target, not a promise or typical result. No product guarantees revenue, profit, ROAS, conversion rate, time savings, order volume or any other performance result. Your results depend on product demand, unit economics, data, offer, market, budget, tools, decisions and execution.
ChatGPT and OpenAI marks belong to OpenAI. Claude and Anthropic marks belong to Anthropic. Meta, Facebook and Instagram marks belong to Meta Platforms, Inc. Codex, Hermes, OpenClaw, Cashfree, Shopify and other services are operated by their respective owners. Ecom Agent OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those providers. Their availability, pricing, permissions and terms may change. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to your accounts.
Refunds, complaints and disputes
The downloadable bundle and all digital add-ons are final sale once payment is confirmed and digital delivery begins. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, non-use, tool or subscription changes, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, or business results.
The Refund Policy explains the limited process for verified duplicate payments, unresolved delivery problems, materially defective files and a material mismatch with the product description. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
