What this licence covers
This licence covers the digital materials delivered with your Ecom Agent OS order, including Agent files, Brand Brain files, setup guides, templates, checklists, examples, bonuses and any purchased add-on library. Together, these are the "Materials."
This licence starts when payment is confirmed and applies to the purchaser or the single organization named for the order.
Licence grant
Ecom Agent OS gives the purchaser or one named organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for its own business operations, owned brands and client-service work.
There is no per-seat limit inside the licensed organization. Internal employees and contractors may use the Materials while working for that organization, provided the organization controls their access and ensures they follow this licence.
What you can do
- Install and use the Materials in AI workspaces controlled by the licensed purchaser or organization.
- Create separate Brand Brain files and projects for owned brands and client accounts.
- Customize working copies for internal processes.
- Use the workflows to research, plan, draft, analyse and review work for owned brands or paying clients.
- Give clients final deliverables such as reports, briefs, copy, strategies, checklists completed for that engagement and creative outputs.
- Keep backup copies for continuity and recovery.
What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload or share the Materials, in whole or in part.
- Give a client, affiliate, community, marketplace or another business the source Agent files, template libraries, Brand Brain system, setup guides or bonuses.
- Sell access to the Materials or use one purchase as a download library for unrelated organizations.
- Remove ownership notices or represent the Materials as a product you created.
- Use the Materials to build, train, package or sell a competing Agent, prompt, skill, template or workflow library.
- Share delivery links, account access or purchased files outside the licensed organization.
- Use the Materials unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
Client work and final outputs
You may use the Materials to provide services to clients. A client may receive and use the final work created for that engagement. The client does not receive a licence to the underlying Materials unless it buys its own licence.
If a final output contains a substantial reusable portion of an Agent file, template library or setup system, remove that source material before delivery. Your own product data, brand information and original content remain yours.
Ownership, version and updates
Ecom Agent OS and its licensors retain ownership of the Materials and all rights not expressly granted here. A purchase grants usage rights, not ownership of the source product.
You may use the purchased version perpetually while you follow this licence. Updates issued for the purchased product during the first 12 months are included. Each update remains subject to this licence unless a different licence is supplied with it.
Third-party names, services and marks belong to their respective owners. Access to third-party tools is governed by those providers' terms and is not included in this licence.
Termination
This licence ends if the purchaser materially breaches its restrictions and does not correct a curable breach after notice. It may end immediately for deliberate redistribution, resale, sublicensing, delivery-link sharing or use in a competing library.
When the licence ends, the purchaser and everyone using the Materials through it must stop using and delete the Materials. Final client outputs already delivered may continue to be used unless they contain unlawfully shared source Materials.
